We sincerely apologize if you received an incorrect or damaged product. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you have waited so patiently. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and does happen occasionally. If your order did arrive damaged, incorrect or have missing items you must notify us within 24 hours at serviceweb@unionltg.com
Keep in mind that many of our items are handcrafted using natural materials, so it’s normal for there to be some variation in their appearance compared to the in-store model or the images online.
Failure to notify us within 24 hours may impede your ability to submit a claim for resolution. Please inspect your fixture before installing. We also cannot address claims or process returns on lighting that has been installed.
We will contact you as soon as possible with the next steps. Once we have your information (pictures included) we will work with our supplier to find a solution. Unfortunately, this process can take 2-4 weeks. Please have patience while we work to get it resolved. Contacting us daily will not expedite the process.
