Can I get my product today?

Product availability is marked on the Product Page.

If the product is in stock at Union: It will be available in 1-3 business days

If the product is out of stock at Union but available at our supplier: It will be shipped/ready for pickup in 2-8 weeks.

Can I order products that you sell but are not on the website like bulbs, dimmers, hardware?

Yes, of course. You can visit us in store, or we can assist you over the phone, email or virtually. Please feel free to contact us at 1-888-50-UNION (1-888-508-6466)

If I saw an item in your showroom but can't find it online, how can I purchase it?

Not all our products are listed on our website. If you received a quote from one of our sales consultants or saw a product in our showroom that you are unable to find on our website, please call us at 1-888-50-UNION (1-888-508-6466)

Where do you currently ship?

Our site is set up to ship across Canada. For more information on our shipping policies and rates follow this link.

When will my card be charged?

All orders are charged in full at checkout.

Can I add to my order after it is placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible at 1-888-50-UNION (1-888-508-6466) or serviceweb@unionltg.com and we will try our best to help you. If your order has not shipped, we may be able to add to the order.

Can I cancel my order?

As soon as you place an order, our team jumps into action. Once you place your order you have 24hrs to cancel. If it is already in the shipping process, we cannot cancel the order. Please call 1-888-50-UNION (1-888-508-6466) or email us at serviceweb@unionltg.com as soon as possible and we will see what we are able to do. 

 

If you order something outside of regular business hours, please email us at serviceweb@unionltg.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can regarding the cancellation. 

 

Orders cancelled after the 24 hours will fall into our return policy.

 

What if I gave you the wrong address or need to change the shipping address?

As soon as you place an order, our team jumps into action. Once you place your order you have 24hrs to cancel or update the shipping information. Once it is already in the shipping process we cannot cancel or make any changes. If you gave us the wrong address or need to change the address after the order has left, we will do our best to find a solution; however, you will be responsible for any additional charges.

How will I know that you've received my order?

Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. An email version of this summary will be emailed to you shortly after your order has been placed. You may choose to print this for your records. 

How do I know when my items will be available?

Product availability is generally marked on the Product Page of our website.  

While everything on our site is ready to order, we don’t have every single product in our showroom. If you wish to order a product that is out of stock at Union, we need to order it from our supplier which requires a longer lead time.  

 Please check the dates on the product page so you are aware of the ETA (estimated time of arrival). If your product does not have an ETA, please email us at serviceweb@unionltg.com for more information.  

 If the product is in stock at Union, it will be available in 1-3 business days to ship or be picked up. 

 Orders with items in stock at the manufacturer will take 2-8 weeks.  

Most items that are not in stock at our supplier still have specified return to stock dates on our website. Sometimes dates are not available so please email us at serviceweb@unionltg.com for more information. 

How can I get information concerning my order if I ordered something in the store?

If you ordered something in the store you will be contacted once your full order is complete. If you want more detailed information about its arrival to the store please contact us at 1-888-50-UNION (1-888-508-6466) or  serviceweb@unionltg.com 

Unfortunately, many items are now taking longer to arrive from suppliers due to new restrictions & delays. 

What if I have questions about your products?

We are always available to help. All of our consultants have either successfully obtained their lighting certification from the American Lighting Association, are professional interior designers, or have a background in visual merchandising. Each one brings a wealth of industry experience to the table, not to mention a keen eye for aesthetics!

Do you offer help with lighting plans?

Yes, of course. We can create a comprehensive lighting plan for any room in your home, from the lamp on your desk to the recessed lighting in your ceiling. All our consultants have either successfully obtained their lighting certification from the American Lighting Association, are professional interior designers, or have a background in visual merchandising. Each one brings a wealth of industry experience to the table, not to mention a keen eye for aesthetics!

Yes, we have a hardware department with dedicated experts. Down to the last hinge and knob, we can map out every detail your contractor will need to install your doors with hand-picked hardware accents.

When will you have hardware available to buy online?

Our plan is to add hardware as soon as possible. In the meantime, we have a dedicated hardware team that is ready to help to guide you through the selection process.

Our inventory taps into both boutique brands and household names: at Union, you’ll find locally-crafted Canadian hardware, European-made items, exclusive product lines, and more, all of which ship lightning-fast so you can get to decorating as soon as possible. We also offer free on-site specking and walkthroughs by appointment and can create a quote based on plans and door schedules for both residential and commercial projects.

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes! To ensure you feel safe and comfortable throughout your shopping experience, we are now offering curbside pickup. Whether shopping online or through virtual consultation, phone, email or even DM you can now easily pick up your merchandise. 

All pickups are completed behind our showroom 8150 Decarie Boul, door #4.  

You can access this area by turning into the back-parking lot using the Royalmount entrance. 

When you arrive, one of our team members will bring your product straight to your vehicle, so feel free to show up in your pajamas or with your kids in tow! All you’ll need to do is present a piece of Government-issued photo ID such as a medicare card, passport, or driver's license. 

Can you suggest an interior designer for me to work with?

Each one brings a wealth of industry experience to the table, not to mention a keen eye for aesthetics!  

We collaborate with many interior designers, architects, space organizers, and decorators from all over the world. We have worked with many of the same designers for years.  

Over the past year, we have started building a directory to promote creatives from Montreal. We also introduced an IGTV series called IRL that gives an inside look into these designers’ lives and specializations.
