How do I know when my items will be available?

Product availability is generally marked on the Product Page of our website. Please check the dates on the product page so you are aware of the ETA. If your product does not have an ETA, please email us at serviceweb@unionltg.com for more information.   

Can I order products that you sell but are not on the website?

Yes, of course! Although we have a large selection of products online, we do not show everything available. You can check out our brands page for a more comprehensive list. Your best bet is to email us if you have a request and do not find it 😊 

Where do you currently ship?

We ship anywhere in Canada and USA.

What currency is your website listed in?

Our prices are available in Canadian and US currency. 

Depending on the location of your IP address, prices listed on our website will appear in your local currency. 

Note that you can manually switch currency if desired, if you switch the country at the bottom left on the page. 

Canadian prices will show CAD next to the product. When US prices are selected, there will be no currency shown on product pages. 

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

As soon as you place an order, our e-commerce team jumps into action! Once you place your order, you will have 24hrs to cancel. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will fall into our refund policy. Please contact us as at serviceweb@unionltg.com and we will try our best to help you. Text

What if I gave you the wrong address or need to change the shipping address?

Once you place your order you will have 24hrs to cancel or update the shipping information. If you need to change the address after 24hrs, we will do our best to find a solution; however, you will be responsible for any additional charges. Please email us at serviceweb@unionltg.com and we will try our best to accomodate you. 

When will my credit card be charged?

All orders are charged in full at checkout unless you use Affirm. This will allow you to Buy Now Pay Later with orders over 300$ with as low as 0% APR with Affirm 

How will I know that you've received my order?

Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. An email version of this summary will be sent to your email shortly after your order has been placed. Let us know if you have not received this confirmation email within 24 hours. 

How can I get information concerning my order if I ordered something in the store?

If you have ordered something in the store you will be contacted once your full order is complete. If you want more detailed information about its arrival at the store, please contact the store at serviceclient@unionltg.com, or contact your sales consultant. 

How can I use a discount code?

You can apply your discount code at checkout. Please note, discount codes only work on regular-priced items.

Do you offer design consultations and help choosing products?

Yes, we have product and design specialists in all of our departments: lighting, decorative hardware, furniture, decor and home automation! All our consultants have either successfully obtained their lighting certification from the American Lighting Association, are professional interior designers, or have a background in visual merchandising. Each one brings a wealth of industry experience to the table, not to mention a keen eye for aesthetics!

You bet! We are very passionate about our series. It brought us closer to our community and allowed us to spotlight incredible people that create beautiful things. Do you price match?

Of course we do! If you find any retailer that has a lower price than us please email us at serviceweb@unionltg.com

Do you provide repair and refresh services for lighting fixtures?

Yes, we offer repair and refresh services for lighting fixtures. If you have lighting fixtures that need repairs or could use a refresh, feel free to email us at serviceweb@unionltg.com for more details and assistance.
