How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit card cards including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal.

Can I get my product today?

Most of the products on our site are in stock. Usually, most items can even be picked up on the same day.

How come some of your pages are missing products?

We are updating our site daily. Even if we do not have certain products available online we do carry them and we likely have them in stock.

Can I order products that you sell but are not on the website like bulbs, dimmers, hardware?

If I saw an item in your showroom but can't find it online, how can I purchase it?

Not all of our products are listed on our website. If you saw something in our showroom or received a quote from a sales consultant, please contact us for more information or to make a purchase. 514-340-5000 ext 0 info@unionltg.com

Can I have my products shipped to me if I live Outside the Greater Montreal Area?

Although our website may not be ready to ship across Canada and the United States, we are! Contact us 514-340-5000 ext 0 info@unionltg.com for any orders outside the GMA and our team will calculate and arrange your shipping.

When will my card be charged?

All orders are charged in full at checkout.

Can I add to my order after it is placed?

Please call us as soon as possible and we will try our best to help you. As long as it has not shipped we may be able to add it to the order. 514-340-5000 ext 0 info@unionltg.com

Can I cancel my order?

For In Stock Products
As soon as you place an order, our team will jump into action. Once you place your order you have 24hrs to cancel. If it is already in the shipping process we cannot cancel the order. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Items that we do not have in stock
Once your order is placed on our site, our team will contact you within 72 business hours to give you an approximate lead time.

If the date isn't to your liking or you are unsure about the product, we will reimburse you in full and/or suggest another item. Orders can be cancelled up until this point. Once you are comfortable and excited about your purchase, we will finalize the order.

After this period, any returns, modifications, or cancellations are subject to a 50% restocking fee. For more details about our return policy: Returns

What if I gave you the wrong address or need to change the shipping address?

As soon as you place an order, our team will jump into action. Once you place your order you have 24hrs to cancel or update the shipping information. Once it is already in the shipping process we cannot cancel or make any changes. If you gave us the wrong address or need to change the address after the order has left, we will do our best to find a solution, however, you will be responsible for any additional charges.

How will I know that you've received my order?

Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly, provided that we have an accurate email address.

How do I know if my items will be available to ship immediately?

Most of the products on our site are in stock. If you placed an order for an item that is not in stock, our team will contact you within 72 business hours to give you an approximate lead time. If a product is not in stock it will be identified on both the product and check out page.

On rare occasions, while fulfilling an order, we may find that an in-stock item is damaged or defective. In this case, we will need to order a replacement, which means your item will be temporarily unavailable. You will be notified immediately if this situation arises.

How can I get information if I ordered something in the store ?

Unfortunately, many items are now taking longer to arrive from suppliers due to new restrictions & delays.

What if I have questions about your products?

We are always available to help. All of our consultants have either successfully obtained their lighting certification from the American Lighting Association, are professional interior designers, or have a background in visual merchandising. Each one brings a wealth of industry experience to the table, not to mention a keen eye for aesthetics!

Yes, of course. We can create a comprehensive lighting plan for any room in your home, from the lamp on your desk to the recessed lighting in your ceiling. All of our consultants have either successfully obtained their lighting certification from the American Lighting Association, are professional interior designers, or have a background in visual merchandising. Each one brings a wealth of industry experience to the table, not to mention a keen eye for aesthetics!

Yes, we have a hardware department with dedicated experts. Down to the last hinge and knob, we can map out every detail your contractor will need to install your doors in the perfect spot, and with hand-picked hardware accents.

When will you have hardware available to buy online?

Our plan is to add hardware as soon as possible. In the meantime, we have a dedicated hardware team that is ready to help to guide you through the selection process.

Our inventory taps into both boutique brands and household names: at Union, you’ll find locally-crafted Canadian hardware, European-made items, exclusive product lines, and more, all of which ship lightning-fast so you can get to decorating as soon as possible. We also offer free on-site specking and walkthroughs by appointment and can create a quote based on plans and door schedules for both residential and commercial projects.

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes! To ensure you feel safe and comfortable throughout your shopping experience, we are now offering super easy curbside pickup. Whether shopping online or through virtual consultation, phone, email or even DM you can now easily pick up your merchandise.

All pickups are completed behind our showroom 8150 Decarie Boul, door #4.
You can access this area by turning into the back parking lot using the Royalmount entrance.

Most in-stock items can be picked up the same day. Due to Covid-19, in-stock items may take 1-2 days to be ready for pickup.

When you arrive, one of our team members will bring your product straight to your vehicle, so feel free to show up in your pyjamas or with your kids in tow! All you’ll need to do is present a piece of Government photo ID such as a Medicare card, passport, or driver's license.

Can you suggest an interior designer for me to work with?

All of our consultants have either successfully obtained their lighting certification from the American Lighting Association, are professional interior designers, or have a background in visual merchandising. Each one brings a wealth of industry experience to the table, not to mention a keen eye for aesthetics!

We collaborate with many interior designers, architects, space organizers, and decorators from all over the world. We have worked with many of the same designers for years.

Over the past year, we have started building a directory to promote creatives from Montreal. We also introduced an IGTV series called IRL that gives an inside look into these designers’ lives and specializations.
