Shipping policy

Shipping & Store Pickup

Union ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Product availability is generally marked on the Product Page of our website. 

Occasionally, delivery delays can occur as a result of poor weather conditions, high-volume delivery periods like the holidays, and Covid-19 delays. 

We ship across Canada & The United States. Please find below our Canadian Shipping Rates. For U.S Shipping please contact us and our team will calculate your shipping rate. 


Shipping Rates 

We offer free shipping over $300 CAD in Canada for regular-size shipments and non-remote areas.*

To take advantage of free shipping all items must be shipped together. 

For orders below 300$ our Canadian shipping rates are as follows: 

Quebec: $14.99 

Ontario: $19.99 

New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI: $24.99 

Newfoundland, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia: $34.99 

Territories: $99.99 

Please note that orders made in the United States may incur additional fees.

*Shipping to remote areas, as well as the shipment of oversized, overweight, and special care items may incur additional fees. Most furniture items and very large lighting fixtures will most likely incur shipping charges. If additional fees are required, you will be contacted by a customer service representative with the available shipping options once the item arrives at Union. 

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow the package either from us or from the shipping company. 

We offer STANDARD DELIVERY, which is to your DOOR ONLY. The delivery person or team does not enter the home or assemble the furniture. If you live in an apartment or condo building, it would only be brought into the lobby.

Orders under 300$ are subject to a 29.99$ charge (Canadian dollars)

Please note that brands originating in Canada will be subject to duty at the customer’s expense.

 Our showroom is open 7 days a week. 

Once you have been notified that your order is ready for pick up you can book an appointment or come in any time during our opening hours. 

Please have your order number and a piece of identification. If you do not have these items, you may experience a delay.
