Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Union ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Product availability is generally marked on each product page of our website.
If the lead time is different than what is posted on our site, we will inform you within 24-72 business hours.
After you make your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation.
Unfortunately, delays and backorders are still occurring, and we will do our best to communicate these to you in a timely fashion.
We ship across Canada and the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Address Changes
We are happy to attempt an address change, but we cannot guarantee the change will be successful. Orders begin to process immediately once they are placed. Sometimes it's not possible to change the delivery address after an order has been submitted. Union will not be responsible for lost products that were shipped to the original address provided.

We offer free shipping over $300 CAD in Canada (*regular-size items and delivery to non-remote areas)
To take advantage of free shipping all items shipping from our warehouse must be shipped together.

Shipping Rates within USA
Orders under $500 CAD will incur a $50 CAD freight charge (*regular-size items and delivery to non-remote areas)
Please note that brands originating in Canada will be subject to duty at the customer’s expense.
We ship within the 48 contiguous states.

We try our best to offer free shipping for orders over $300 Canada and $500 in the US. However, freight is very expensive and large boxes, fragile items and orders shipping to remote areas will incur additional freight fees. We will work with you to offer the best solution.
Most furniture items and very large lighting fixtures will most likely incur shipping charges. If additional fees are required, you will be contacted by a customer service representative with the available shipping options. Additional carrier fees like liftgates will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note all Warehouse, Open Box, Over Stock and Clearance items will have additional shipping fees, even if order is over $300
How Shipping Works
Union uses multiple carriers to offer the fastest and most efficient service possible. As a result, if you have multiple items they may arrive from multiple carriers and at different times.
We offer standard delivery, which is to your DOOR ONLY. The delivery person or team does not enter the home or assemble the furniture. If you live in an apartment or condo building, it would only be brought into the lobby.

In-Store Pickup
Our showroom is open 7 days a week other than statutory holidays.
Once you have been notified that your order is ready for pick up you can book an appointment or come in any time during our opening hours.
Please have your order number and a piece of identification. If you do not have these items, you may experience a delay.

Storage or Hold or Delay Delivery/Pick Up
Union cannot store, hold or delay delivery (or store pick up) without prior approval. This service if possible will incur additional fees.
Delivery Issues
If a delivery is missed due to an incorrect address, refusal at the delivery address, or failure to be available at the scheduled time, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges. This includes fees for redelivery, storage, etc... To avoid these costs, please ensure that the delivery address is correct and that someone is present to receive the order.
