Return Request

It’s no secret that we love every item on our website – but we also understand that returns need to be made occasionally! If you didn’t find your perfect fit the first time, we’re happy to help you find a better match. If you'd like to make a return with us, please consult our policy, and fill out this form.

Please understand that most of the items on our website are not stocked in our warehouse. Every product is specially ordered for you!  If we return them, we must pay the supplier a return fee plus applicable freight, customs and duties.  As a result, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any shipping fee paid at the time of order is not eligible for a refund if the order has been shipped. 

If your item meets our requirements, we will refund your purchase, excluding ALL shipping costs and restocking fee. 

Damage Claims

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged product. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you have waited so patiently. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and does happen occasionally. If your order did arrive damaged, incorrect or has missing items you must notify us within 48 hours by completing this form.

Keep in mind that many of our items are handcrafted using natural materials, so it’s normal for there to be some variation in their appearance compared to the in-store model or the images online. Colours and finishes in real life can look different from our website.  

We cannot take back products that have natural colour variations. If you are ordering marble or any natural stone, please take note that no two are identical.
