My name is Marta Wiseman, otherwise known as #wiseEATS on Instagram. I’m a born and raised Montrealer and a mom of two young kids who loves to cook. My passion is in the kitchen, cooking and creating (mostly) healthy meals, while occasionally throwing in a delicious and (likely) not so healthy treat. I believe in balance when it comes to eating, and I try and show that as much as possible, hence my tagline & brand logo: “Healthy eats with a side of fries”

My real passion is teaching my audience to become confident in the kitchen while cooking. I do this by breaking down recipes step-by-step (with a sense of humor and a dose of some foul language, perhaps even a cameo from my family) and make them completely achievable for even the most inexperienced at home chef, by filming each part of the process and hopefully making them laugh during the process.
